   为匹配集团产能扩张、工艺升级、盈利增长战略，现重金引进兼具经营思维、全盘工厂管理能力、五金深加工核心技术的五金厂长，作为车间第一负责人、公司核心经营骨干。前期采用全职聘任模式，公司按月发放足额薪资；双方磨合互认、达成共识后，可洽谈入股出资深度合伙模式，共享工厂经营收益。
   岗位职责（全厂全权统筹，直接决定车间产能、利润、安全、交付核心指标）
   全盘生产经营管控：全权负责五金机加车间整体运营，独立制定中长期生产规划、月度订单排产计划，全流程管控生产进度、交付周期、成品品质，对订单按期交付、客户满意度负首要责任，直接影响公司大   客户合作稳定性。
   技术降本增效总负责人：统筹车间工艺迭代优化、数控设备全生命周期管理，严控产品加工精度、良品率；主导加工技术革新、工装夹具改良、生产成本管控，通过工艺升级、损耗压缩持续提升车间盈利水      平，是工厂降本增效核心决策者；需独立掌握 CNC 编程、专用夹具设计核心技术，自主解决各类加工技术瓶颈。
   安全生产第一责任人：牵头搭建、落地车间完整安全生产管理体系，常态化开展安全隐患排查、整改闭环、员工安全培训，全面管控生产作业合规性，对车间安全生产、零事故运营负全责，规避企业安全风险   与经营损失。
   团队与跨部门统筹管理：搭建高效车间组织架构，优化人员排班、绩效考核、人才梯队建设，打造稳定高绩效生产团队；独立对接业务、采购、品质、仓储等全部门，快速处置生产突发异常、来料 / 加工 / 交付问题，打通全链条生产协同，最大化车间整体运营效率。
   任职要求（高标准核心管理人才，匹配集团长期发展布局）
   大专及以上学历，机械制造、材料成型、机电一体化等相关专业；5 年及以上五金机加车间全盘厂长 / 生产负责人管理经验，完整操盘过规模化数控机加车间全流程运营，具备成熟工厂经营思路。
精通车、铣、磨、CNC 等全套五金数控加工工艺，熟练操作各类数控设备，深度吃透 ISO 全套质量体系、精益生产管理模式，可落地标准化、精细化车间管理方案。
   具备极强全局统筹能力、团队领导力与突发问题处置能力，能独立搭建、落地整套生产调度、品质管控、成本核算执行方案，具备从技术、生产、人员、成本多维度盘活车间经营的综合能力。
   持有机械加工、安全管理、质量体系相关职业资格证书优先；高度认同公司长期发展战略，能适配制造业生产节奏、车间倒班管理需求，愿意与企业长期绑定发展，具备合伙经营意识优先。

As of June 30, the domestic electrolytic aluminum price was 18530 yuan to 18570 yuan/ton, and the average price was 18550 yuan/ton, a decrease of 120 yuan/ton or 0.64 percent from the end of last year.
